We believe that in order to deliver the best possible service to our students that wants to sell notes and the best notes to students that wants to buy quality notes, most of our interaction with students is manual at this time. Because of this decision, and because we are a small business, it could take up to 2 days for us to get in contact with you. So hang tight! Once we get in contact with you, we will explain how the process works and we will then hopefully by able to add your notes to the OnlyNotes shop ASAP.

We are running a Shopify store, at least for the time being. Why Shopify? We are exploring multiple solutions to see what fits our needs and those of our students the best. We are still testing the ideas although we are confident that this will be successful with the plans and ideas we have. We want to do this right and make sure it works before going too big while in the testing phase.

No, we have a strict evaluation procedure that we follow before your notes qualifies to be sold and because of that we do not let students upload notes them selfs.

Short answer, no. Once you bought Notes you get access to the Notes online as well as the ability to download the notes, and because of that we cannot recall notes after they have been sold and therefore, we cannot refund you.
